2.5 mil federal jobs where will the money come from to pay for it?

2.5 million jobs with some kind of benefits will cost about 22,000,000,000.00 a week of course that excludes building material .that's going to be around 4,576,000,000,000.00 in labor costs only for his 4 years.im not trying to say its a bad thing but with administration costs and building material and eqt the cost could very well top 50,000,000,000,000,00 or more in 4 years .i just dont understand where we will get the capitol?borrow it?more taxes? click his heals together 3 times and wish?
