Do you think evil people should have rights?

I am for WORSE jail conditions NOT better! It is like a big freaking vacation there.. Hello! That is why their is so much crime- because they going to jail to get a free meal, free clothes, free tv and so on. And Yes I FULLY believe that people that do something wrong and serve jail time that their name should be drug through the dirt! If you don't want your name ruined... Don't do the CRIME in the first place!
