Husband won't let me take the kids to the Unitarian church!?

Now--I thought we were all supposed to be in an open society. Isn't that what America is all about? (lol--yeah right) Basically, the story is this--I am a Wiccan, he is nonreligious. The other day he was saying "oh our kids need to go to church". I have no problems with taking the kids to a church--as long as it's an open beliefs sort of place, like Unitarian or even Quaker. But he jumped all over me like I was suggesting a Satanic m! He insisted i take our kids to the *evangelical church* that his work buddy goes to and said if I didn't, I was an agent of the Devil! WTF! I mean, seriously--I don't know who I married anymore, it's like I paid for the hippie musician model and ended up with the republican redneck instead! Any advice? -- Don't tell me Wicca is evil because it isn't. Thanks.
