Help! Does he like me and is too scared to admit it? Please help!?

Well he might just be one of those guys who doesn't like PDA, or he might be keeping it on the down low for other ladies so they won't think he's getting at you, but other than that he sounds like he might like you, and the only way to really is just be like "Hey, what is this? You talk to me all the time, but at work you like avoid me? What's up with that?" Very simple, some people just make things more complicated than they really are.
