I've had a boyfriend for a week but now i'm with him i don't like i actually love him what should i do?

i thought i loved him before we were together but i just think that was a crush not really love. but i know he really loves me cause he tells his mum about me and how much he loves me. what should i do? i don't wnat to break our friendship? i don't want him to get people to hate me? what should i do?
