How come I never seem to get sick/injured?

I don't wanna come across like "Look at me I'm super-perfect and healthy!" because I'm honestly not bragging, but I never seem to get sick or injured. Is it actually a healthy thing to never really be sick or does it have the reverse effect and weaken your immune system? I get mild headaches now and then, and sometimes I have an energy crash, but I haven't had a cold or flu, or even thrown up, in 7 straight years, no major illnesses ever, no hayfever or allergies, I've never broken a bone, haven't been in hospital overnight or been in the ER, didn't get swine flu when that whole thing happened a couple years ago, haven't ever had measles, never had any infections like eyes or feet or whatever...is this normal? Lol I know I sound like I live in some kind of isolated bubble world, but I don't. I see people everyday, I like socialising so talk to a lot of people. Is it actually more unhealthy to rarely get sick?
