Get the premade sponge cups instead; and you can even find those in sugar-free. Or, get or make an Angel Food cake (even sugar-free); cut it into wedges, and put the pudding & fruit & glaze over each wedge. I'm betting that your glaze is mostly sugar though; and that 1-1/2 TB. could have as many calories as the rest of the entire dessert! You could mash some sugar-free jam and heat it up instead.......
