Is this a good enouf reson to get emanstepaded?

I'm live with my gm= grama and I was living with my mom she has 5 kids including me she has 2 boyfreinds one of them are byual I'm not a fobe but I don't rilly need this weird ow around my little bros and sis the other one suplys pills weed and crack he's 58 and is a biker he's a rill *** but the little kids think he's kool cus he has a motercycle I'm 14 almost 15 now I'm living with my gm cus I couldent handle watching the kids all the time it's alrite heer I don't get punched in the back of the head like at home in Cali I'm in Oregon now i know my mom loves me but I dint think she cares about me my dad is stayin at a freinds hous tryin to get a perminit job and he watches the kids when ever she leavs. I don't know wut to do plz help me figure it out or at least keep us in ur praying.
