Mom's of toddlers on the bottle and kids who are delayed?

My almost 3 year old toddler wants everything like she is a baby, no its not sibling jealousy. She won't let go of her bottle we have tried for 6 months. She won't let go of the pacifier we have tried for 5 months. We have potty trained her but it took almost 7 months to do it. She seems small for her age but we are feeding her well and the pedi doc said nothing to be worried about. Any moms out there who have a 3 year old on the bottle, pacifier, wanting to nurse, doesn't wanna give the crib up? I'm scared she is delayed or has something else. I can't send her to pre-school because I am afraid kids will tease her about her bottle, we have tried a soft spoted sippy. Please help
