Why is everyone obsessed with the Obamacare when innocent people are dying because of Obama?

More Iraqi civilians have died in the past 2 months than the 6 months before that. Obama prematurely pulled troops out of the cities and left an untrained security force to attempt to prevent terrorist attacks. While Obama may have thought entering Iraq was a mistake, he is still handling the situation given to him poorly. Any thoughts?
